The Consultation

This is the starting line. During the free consultation, I will ask you about your goals, lifestyle, training history, what you hope to accomplish, and a myriad of other questions to help get you set up. This will set the ground work, so let’s chat.

The “Skin in the Game” Trial

Next we get you in for a trial workout. It is 30-minutes for $40. If you love it, that $40 goes towards your selected package. If not, I’ll refund it – No pressure, no strings. Just show up, give it a shot, and let’s see what we can build.
